How do I log into the VRX Online Ordering System
Click on Order Online button in the top right corner of the website. You will be taken to the Online Ordering section. You will have to enter your username and password

Your username and your password will be created by Vision Rx Lab team. If you do not have your username and password, please contact our customer services team or your VRX account incharge.

Placing an order

How do I place an order
Log in to VRX Online Ordering System. Click on the ‘New Order’ button in the dashboard. Enter your prescription, select your lens, treatment and add a shape if need be. Once done, click on ‘Add to Cart’ button.

How do I set up my favourite lenses
In the settings section you will be able to tick the stars next to your relevant favourite products. Once ticked they will appear in the favourites list in the lens selection making it easier to order the lenses you dispense frequently.

How do I order prism direction in degrees with the prism direction as up, down, in, out?

Can I order a lenses using both online and offline methods?
Yes, you have the flexibility to use both online and offline methods. However, we would recommend you to use online as a preferred method as that will offer you benefits like Flexibility to order 24x7, Real-time order status tracking etc.

Can I modify/cancel the orders placed online?
You can edit or cancel the orders till the time they are pending in the cart and have not been confirmed.

Do I have to upload my shape before placing my order?
You can add a shape when placing an order by clicking on add shape in the Shape field.

Can I send manual fitting orders?
If you place a fitting order for your lens, please select frame to follow, enter your frame details and send the order. Please send your frame with the order details to your relevant Vision Rx service centre or lab.
